Brandon Allen is Executive Vice President in Savills Montreal office, responsible for industrial leasing and sales, investment sales, and landlord and tenant representation.
Brandon provides advisory services and executed industrial lease and sale transactions on behalf of his clients. From local entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies, Brandon has worked with a wide range of businesses and implements a customized operating strategy based on each client’s needs and relevant market conditions. His market knowledge, combined with a well-planned and executed strategy, allows him to consistently negotiate better than market lease and sale agreements for all his clients.
Brandon began working as a commercial real estate broker in 2007. His extensive business and educational experiences have made Brandon one of Montreal’s premiere corporate real estate advisors.
